So much has been going on behind the scenes, including me getting the worst flu in history! you know when you get so sick for so long you forget what It feels like to feel normal again. Having a baby is such a special time in your life and is a time that should be captured and remembered. I know we feel uncomfortable when we are pregnant, especially towards the end and it is hard putting ourselves in front of a strangers camera. But I regret not having any beautiful photos of my pregnancy, so I encourage you to let go of your fears and get some photos done and show of your beautiful bump!

Alex I know you were nervous and I hope you are happy with the results. Now you have these beautiful memories of a very short but amazing time in your life.

Being pregnant is a truly amazing and beautiful thing. I love getting to meet and photograph all these beautiful pregnant bellies and then getting to also meet who was growing inside is just amazing and awesome and gosh I have the best job in the world!

I had so much fun at my maternity shoot yesterday. Dan and Kestine were an absolute blast, I laughed so hard all the way through. We took some fun photos thanks to Dan’ s artistic view (sorry Dan I will not be showing them on here). I arrived feeling nervous and left feeling like I had just made new friends.

Guys I can’t wait to come back and do your newborn shoot!

The joy of bringing a new life into the world for the very first time, is so exciting. This is Carla and Shane’s first baby and can you believe he or she is due in only 3 weeks time and already is incredibly loved.

I offer a complimentary maternity session when you book a newborn session because I think it is so important that you capture this very short and amazing part of life. Every belly and every pregnancy is beautiful and unique. It’s one of life’s miracles.

I just love photographing mothers to be, the anticipation and the excitement is contagious. I know it is cliche to say pregnant women have a “glow” about them, but my maternity client today was absolutely glowing. You could feel her excitement waiting for her new bundle of joy to be born very soon and I can’t wait to photograph him.
